What made you start running? I’ll put money down it probably wasn’t the same reason as our next guest, Ben Chan, who got into running for quite possibly the most humane reason. Now, he runs ultras and shares some of his lessons learned – like, why you shouldn’t go to the bathroom in a thorn bush.
Also, If you’re in New York City, you’ve probably seen him racing around in the cold only wearing his leopard print shorts. And speaking of cold, I have a nasty one, so please bear with me.
